Login Instructions

Occasionally RMR users receive errors when logging into the application. Most times, this is a result of needing to reset your eRA Commons password. The steps below will walk you through the login process and the eRA password reset process. If this does not resolve your login issue, please reach out to nimhrmr@nih.gov for assistance.

Step 1: To login into your account, click on the following link https://wwwapps.nimh.nih.gov/rmr.

Step 2: Click on the top login option for "Federal/Commons" and then click on the login option as shown in the screen shot below:

Step 3: On the next page use your eRA Commons username and password where prompted.

If you are not able to login through above steps, continue with resetting your password as shown below:

Step 1: Click on the below link.

Step 2: Enter user Id and Password to reset the password.

Step 3: Check your spam or bulk mail folders if you don't receive the password reset email. After successfully resetting your password, follow the login steps at the beginning of this document.
